Dr. M. Zizmor, MD

Dr. Zizmor brings over forty years of medical experience and eight years of telehealth practice across both general medicine and mental health. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Berkeley and his medical degree at the University of Kansas School of Medicine, with additional post-graduate training through Harvard-affiliated programs in Boston and at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Washington, D.C.

Dr. XY, MD

Dr. XY received his medical degree from the University of Manila School of Medicine, with additional post-graduate training in psychiatry. Since 2023, he has practiced general medicine both in-person and via telemedicine. Currently licensed in the Philippines and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (U.S.), Dr. XY works alongside Dr. Zizmor to ensure the clinical accuracy and competency of the Contracted Clinicians network and patient care.

Jacob Horn

Jacob has worked in telemedicine since 2010 and has founded two Inc. 5000 physician staffing companies, including one Fast 100-recognized operation. He holds a degree from California Polytechnic University, Humboldt, with additional training at Thomas Jefferson University in Telehealth Facilitation and Program Design.

His work has supported major pharmaceutical manufacturers, traditional healthcare organizations, and venture-backed direct-to-consumer telehealth platforms in deploying go-to-market telemedicine systems for their patient populations.
